Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modernly decorated. We had a deluxe room with a jacuzzi tub that we really enjoyed!

Exceptionally warm welcome, help from reception staff & doorman.
Lovely room, but view only served to remind that we were not exactly city centre!
Fast good burger in 'Sea Star' bar.
Valet parking expensive, but luckily stayed at weekend and parked on street.
Phone didn't work well in room. Free Wi-Fi worked well.
Breakfast in wholefoods store round corner very slow & poor!
If cost is not prime concern & you like walking/driving/cabs: very nice.

We stayed for one night at the Seattle Pan Pacific hotel in an executive studio king room and must say that it was really a wonderful room with view to the surrounding buildings. The bathroom was huge and perfectly build and the large windows and bathtub facing the window had blinds so that you did not have to stand naked for everyone to watch from the buildings surrounding the Pan Pacific. The only thing I was missing were towel rails and power outlets next to the complementary coffee machine (thus, we had to rearrange the bathroom a bit...). The WiFi worked perfectly well and we can totally recommend having dinner at the adjoining Seastar restaurant which can be accessed by walking across the bar. The food & service were awesome and as it was pouring that night, the perfect choice for us that night in Seattle! Further, the Starbucks next door can also be accessed from the reception area, so we had a very good coffee for breakfast too. If you can get good rates, the Pan Pacific should be your choice, as downtown & Space Needle are within walking distance and a yummy yummy food market is just around the corner, too :-)

I dont know who they paid to get those 4 star's, but there fake. reserved 2 rooms, exc .king room w/ balcony, and an attached queen for the teen. 1) if you want to use the exerise facilty, YOU HAVE TO WALK ACOSS THE STREET, and share it the 200 or so, condo owners. 2) we stayed halloween night, you are so close to the condo's you could see what the were or were not wearing to holloween. I Dont think me teen got a wink of sleep. 3) Bed way over rated , counldn't wait to get home to my costco pillow top. 4) Turn down service for exc. king, but must not have paid enough for the attached queen, no service. 5) too far away from town, didn't feel like I was even in seattle. 6) the couch was worthless, sunk so low your legs would dangle over the wood frame. Loved the whole foods market.

I travelled for business and stayed at the Westin first, then after work was done decided to stay a few extra days to explore and transfer to the Pan Pacific. I read all the reviews and they were very helpful. Well, the hotel is great and the customer service is amazing, consistent no matter who is at the door or front door, eveyone has a smile on thei faces. The rooms are great but the bathrooms are exceptional! Big and roomy, you have a separate shower and a large enough tub to fit two people comfortably. The bed is comfy! It is is in a great location with waliking distance to the Space Needle and downtown area, including the Pike Place Market. The Sea Star restuarant is great and there is an italian restaurant downstairs too that has great pizza and the best tiramissu you'll ever have. I think it's called Tutti. There is a Whole Foods Market downstairs too which is very convenient. It is inside a complex with a pharmacy, spa and a starbucks of course. The only down side is that there is no breakfast at the hotel/ and or breakfast room service, just lunch and dinner. Other than that it is a great hotel, will definetely stay over there again when back in Seattle.

The hotel room was amazing with THE most comfortable king size bed I have ever slept on. The pillows were not flat square cushions but oversized REAL pillows. The bathroom was a religious experience - it could accommodate six people - it was as larfe as the bedroom. What a treat to have enough room in the main part of the bathroom to turn around but to also have a separate tub and huge shower. The bath towels were thick and smelled amazing - they did not smell like bleach. The front desk staff always acknowledged you when walking past them - coming or going. Staff opened the entry doors when coming and going and the valet staff went a step father to always ask where we were headed and did we know how to get there. The hotel has an adjacent fitness center that was one of the best that I have ever seen. What a pleasurable experience.

I wont bore you with a long boring review...but this hotel is truly one of the best best hotels I've ever been too. Everything was absolutely amazing!

My Wife and I cam here for the last 2 night of our honeymoon. We were pleasantly surprised by a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us, along with a very nice card.

My only mild complaint with this hotel was that parking was $35 per night. Being from Vegas, I am use to free parking almost everywhere, but in perspective, this price was also very reasonable. This hotel is in the heart of downtown & is within walking distance of manything that you'd want to see if you were merely visiting.

To make my opinion simple, whenever my Wife & I go to Seattle, we will only be staying at the Pan Pacific Seattle.
