“Favorite Hotel in Seattle”

This hotel is a Heritage building built in 1913, yet has all the amenities of a modern hotel. This hotel is well maintained and is staffed with the most professional and courteous people. I encourage you to treat yourself and stay at this excellent hotel. I wouldn't be surprised if the Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel becomes your favorite hotel in Seattle.

Stayed here recently whilst on vacation with my wife. The accomodation was ideal, nice and clean and a good price. Off site parking was safe and secure and within easy walking distance.

In terms of location we found it ok but some curious indviduals hang out around Pioneer Square at night. It wouldnt stop me using this place again as we couldnt fault it and the staff were really attentive and helpful.Remember Its not the hotels responsibility to sort out the locals, thats for others with specific responsibilities.

Certainly not the newest hotel in Seattle, but we found our stay to be quite good. We arrived early (10:30) just to see if there was a chance of an early check in. Our room was ready so we didn't have to wait around until 3:00. That was lucky! The room itself was on the smaller side, but not a big deal. We had a balcony overlooking the street which was kind of cool. Bed was newish and comfortable. A good selection of different breakfast foods which was nice. The location is really hard to beat. One block from the pier. One block in the other direction to 1st ave where a lot ton of stuff happens. Walk north on 1st to get to the Pikes place market. Walk south on 1st ave to get to the football stadium. There was about 50 restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Room Tip: Ask for the city view. You might get a balcony. Better than the alley view!

This is an exceptionally old BW in a less than stellar part of Seattle. The closeness to downtown, waterfront, and both stadiums make it an ideal choice. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a clean room, and willing staff to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast is something that leaves a lot to be desired, but I an look past that . . .a Starbucks is only a breath away?

Family for four (with two adult children) booked a two night stay at this hotel. The purpose of the long weekend was to see some college ball as well as NFL game. Location of the hotel was good for both. Hotel is situated in the historic part of downtown Seattle a few blocks away from the stadium where the Seahawks play, and although we had to catch an express bus to the other stadium the bus stop is only a couple short blocks away. Also, since the the stop is one of the first stops, seats were available. Daughter and I did some shopping and shopping district was within walking distance. And for history buffs, the underground tour is located opposite the hotel in Pioneer Square.
The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The only down side was that we had to pay the hotel for parking at a parkade a block away. Also we had to move the car before check out. Fortunately, parking is free on the streets on Sundays.

This hotel has easy access to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square restaurants and shops, as well as a short hop to Chinatown and the waterfront. There is a buffet-style breakfast bar, which has a good variety of foods available. Rooms are quiet and clean, staff is friendly.

Great location, very clean and attractive room. Walked everywhere. Very helpful staff. Breakfast included and of good quality for continental style breakfast. Maybe the area was a little gritty at night but definitely would stay here again.
