We are have been going to Feierabend for years. We especially love their Happy Hour menui! They have authentic German food and German beers on tap.

Our daughter works close by so we decided to have a beer here after work with her and her husband. Fun smallish bar with great German beer selections. Quite noisy, but that's part of the fun!
Great service , we will stop by again if we are in the area !

We did a search for German food and found Feierabend. We came on the early side of things which allowed us to try many things through the happy hour menu. I think the lovely man who served us may have been the owner - was most definitely the manager if not the owner. He recommended two fabulous beers.

The special German Corn Dogs came out with some special mustard. They were so good. The sausage within had a crisp snap when bit. Delicious. Everything we ate was light (truly - the least heavy German meal I have had..maybe ever).

The Bavarian Meat plate could have fed 6. It had a wonderful array of smoked and cured meat. The golden beet salad was so light and the pretzel croutons just brought it all together. My hubby ordered the meatloaf - which was unbelievable. It had a hard boiled egg in the middle of the meatloaf and a gravy that was insane. The Spatzle was the best I have ever had. Honestly one of the best meals we have had in a long time.

I kept looking over at the chef thinking he looked familiar and finally realized it was Gunnar from the Stumbling Goat.

Really wonderful food. Stellar service. Great dinner. We tried so many things, went home with a box full of leftovers, had two beers and spent less than $100.

Go. You won’t be sorry you did.

service was great was quiet when we arrived and when it filled up the waiter and waitress
continued to be attentive. Food was delicious I had the schnitzel and salad . I had been here before with a friend who is German and she said it was very authentic which it was spot on. Beers delicious and they had quite a selection.
We enjoyed everything.

Decided on this restaurant as we love German food and it was in walking distance of our hotel. We arrived just in time to order from the happy hour menu (3-6 pm). Portions were large and the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The beer choices were all German and we ordered the smallest size (.3 l) so we could sample several. The restaurant was dark and noisy and not conducive to visiting, but one can't have everything! Still highly recommend.
