CONS: Too complicated to get in and out of building/garage/condo because of requirements to use garage codes, elevator electronic keys (obtained from lock box with separate code), and condo door code. If you lose track of keys or garage opener, $150 charge for each, which it certainly does not cost that much to replace any of those items. Condo door alarm kept going off in middle of the night, beds were hard and uncomfortable (cheap mattresses with blood stains on mattress cover), VERY flat cheap pillows, traffic noise was high (on main busy bus route) so can't open windows without excessive noise. Unit was stuffy (no A/C), so only way to cool off was by opening windows and tolerating all the noise. Vacasa sends a VERY long rental agreement with dozens of rules and stipulations AFTER they receive your money and after it's too late to get your money back (within 30 days of arrival)...like you might as well sign over your only child.
PROS: Great restaurants on all corners below the unit (but coffee shop was not good, stick to Starbucks); nice surrounding area within walking distance of Space Needle and other museums/gardens; unit was clean and well-stocked with amenities (soaps, shampoo, laundry and dishwasher detergent); building is new/trendy, (but note comment above...a pain in the butt to get in and out of).
BOTTOM LINE: Stay somewhere else, no one likes to sign their life away for a rental property when there are so many other choices to pick from.
