The Seattle property was spotless and new, very nice amenities and all you could ask for in terms of housing, cooking, and family gathering space as well as close access to many excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Pike Place market. Close to all downtown attractions and easy to reach from the airport. Friendly staff and clear directions for pick up of keys. Much more economical and comfortable for a group of travelers (family or corporate) than the equivalent number of hotel rooms for the same period. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will do this again for sure.
The best in Seattle! We enjoyed staying in the spacious 2 bedroom luxury apartment. Close to Pike Place and Brainbridge ferry terminal. We even just walked from the apartment to the Clipper ferry terminal at pier 69. Safe and secured place and neighborhoood. Highly recommended.
The apartment exceeded our expectations. The location makes it easy to get to the Public Market, Aquarium, Museum, the Ferris Wheel and all the sites of Seattle. The apartment itself was very spacious and gave all of us plenty of room to spread out with 3 adults and 3 kids. The view was the best since we could watch the boats going in and out. We would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Seattle and hope to get the same apartment when we come back.

The city views were amazing and the location ideal. We were able to walk everywhere with ease, including to Pike Place Market, the aquarium and a Seahawks game.
Family of 4 spent 4 days in the Harbor Steps unit 712. Lots of space, clean and comfortable, super quiet. Location was terrific! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. 2 blocks from Pike Place Market. $10 Uber ride to the Space Needle. Only minor complaint would be the cable television - 2 nice flat screen tv's, but no HD cable service or Netflix. Luckily, we brought our Fire Stick, so that was a big help. All in all, we would highly recommend this unit.
We had the perfect location in Seattle. Four friends (2 couples) parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we left! We were so close to all of the attractions that we were able to walk everywhere. This 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed - 2 completely separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge living area, and a lovely kitchen and balcony. Our hosts were wonderful, they responded immediately to any questions we had. Our only wish would be that every Air BnB would be as perfect as this one
Had it not been for Rick (the area manager) I would not have been able to give 5 stars. I was skeptical when I showed up due to some booking confusion (which was resolved before my arrival). However, once I arrived Rick greeted me and helped me check in (a relief after a long cross country drive). After checking in there was a mix up with the unit amenities. I called the main booking office and was reassured it would be taken care of. It took a follow up call but to my surprise Rick contacted me and decided to come take care of the issue on a Sunday! This was unexpected and welcomed. Rick went out of his way that day to remedy the issue and make sure I was happy and comfortable. During my stay he even checked in on me to make sure everything was going well, which it was. I know people usually only take the time to write a review when things go wrong but when people go above and beyond and care about what they do I think they should be thanked. I want to thank Rick for being so helpful and actually caring about making my stay enjoyable. The booking staff was also always courteous and helpful.
