Stayed for 2 nights in July after a week on the South West of France. Great communication during the booking, followed by a warm welcome as we pulled into the drive after a long drive. Tonnis and Francis are great hosts. They were very helpful in organizing our day exploring the WW2 beaches pointing out the items of more interest to British visitors and arranging dinner reservations locally. The Manor is well presented and maintained. The breakfasts are fabulous. The bedrooms and sitting rooms are beautifully decorated with a personal touch. A definite stay if you are touring the Normandy area and if you're interested in WW2 artefacts, ask to see Tonnis' Jeep - it's amazing!!

In mid-June my wife and me, my brother and his wife and our parents spent 5 nights at the Manoir Les Quartre Etoiles. We enjoyed the visit a lot. Francis and Tonnis made us really feel at home. The dinners were genuinely prepared out of the best local products by Francis.
The rooms are spacious and Francis and Tonnis have put a lot of effort to decorate them incredibly beautiful. If we return to Normandy again, we will for sure try to stay there again

All I can say is I can't believe Rick Steve's has not found this little gem and included it with his "out of the way places." Manoir Les Quatre Etoiles is the find of the century! This was like a picture from a movie set in the French countryside. The B&B is beautifully decorated, the food is gourmet and the hosts are flexible, friendly and fun. I would highly recommend this beautiful B & B to anyone who wants to experience the quiet of the French countryside. Tonnis and Francis are lovely people and it is evident that they love what they do.

We stayed along with some friends at Les Quatre Etoiles for two nights in May. Our rooms were huge with comfortable beds and lovely linens. Also a little writing table, plenty of light and a great big bathroom. Tonnis and Francis prepared us a wonderful meal on the day we arrived and it was so welcome after the long drive up from Paris. They helped us map out our next day of exploration which included a trip to Bayeux to see the famous tapestry along with the landing beaches and American Cemetery. Even thought the weather was rainy off and on and it was not very warm, we had a great day and saw everything we wanted to see. We knew we would be on the road fairly late and they gave us several suggestions for restaurants in the area we thought we would wind up in. The one we tried was awesome - delicious scallops fresh from the sea. We had to leave early the next morning to see Mount St. Michele before heading back to Paris and Tonnis and Francis were very gracious about accommodating our request for a little earlier breakfast. We all agreed that we wish we had more time with them in this wonderful, historical part of France. We hope to visit again some time in the not too distant future.

Room Tip: We only saw the two rooms we had reserved and they worked out perfectly. It is not a good place for...

Wonderful, gracious hosts; delicious meals; great location; superb accommodations. Just a fabulous place to stay. We spent 3 nights with Toonis and Francesca, and left feeling we had made friends. A great find--they know everything and everyone. A highlight of our vacation.

Our three night stay was PERFECT! Toonis and Francis are marvelous hosts. They are gracious and willing to make your stay a wonderful memory. They were very helpful in organizing our tours from the Manor. Most importantly, they responded immediately to our emails while we were planning our stay. The Manor is well manicured and maintained. The breakfasts are fabulous. The bedrooms and sitting rooms are beautifully decorated with a personal touch. A definite stay if you will be touring the Normandy area.

Room Tip: Any room would work.

We had the pleasure to stay at Manior Les Quartre Etoiles in May 2013 and we couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations and our hosts Tonnis and Francis. The rooms were charming, clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely, and Tonnis could not have been more gracious and helpful. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Thankyou for a memorable stay.
