Description: Sunny side up since 1998! We're a popular downtown brunch spot where the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and breakfast is served all day. Our mission is to use the freshest ingredients available and buy from local vendors whenever we can. Most everything we serve is made from scratch, and with plenty of love. We care about good food, our community, the environment, and making people happy. We offer a variety of vegan & gluten-free options, as well as a range of healthy choices, such as egg whites, fat-free cooking spray, or a side of fruit instead of hash browns. Substitutions are welcome. Come check us out, and see why Anchorage locals have voted us "Best Breakfast" in the Anchorage Press since 2003! This place is listed in the local guide as the #1 restaurant for a reason. We ate breakfast there two days in a row! Very casual, and reservations are recommended. While you wait for your table, you can choose a coffee cup and enjoy a variety of coffees. The variety of menu items is refreshing. All the traditional items are there, plus Alaska specialties. We got a VERY large house-made cinnamon roll to share for the table, and were glad we didn’t each order one. Huge!

Great food, and obviously a popular place because there was a modest wait for tables shortly after doors opened. Portions are big so maybe plan to share a plate.... Great find, and close to the Alaska railroad station.

Even for a 8am breakfast, mid-week, there was about at 20 minute wait. However, there is ample seating in the waiting area, and they even provide the waiting buzzers if you want to sightsee in the area while you wait. The food was excellent and the service also great.

I had to treat my friends from lower America to one of the best breakfasts in town. It was crowded like always but we got in and had some great food. Great service and good time. I always get the BOB but ended up getting the king crab omlette and Im glad I went to something new.

I know I’m going against the grain on this one but I thought Snow City Cafe was pretty meh. It was good, just not awesome. Service was very friendly! Ordered the king crab cake Benedict. It wasn’t anything to rave over. Sorry! B-
