Description: Located in the heart of the historic Old Town district, Boulder Dam Brewing Co. is Boulder City's first and only brewpub. Located across the street from the Boulder Dam Hotel, the brewery is less than five miles from Lake Mead and less than eight from Hoover Dam. Practically a museum in itself, the brewery features decor and fixtures from the 1930's, silent films made during the construction of the dam, actual pieces of equipment used during the construction and a myriad of art depicting Boulder City's beginnings and brewing from the period. A destination for locals and visitors alike, Boulder Dam Brewing serves up six original pub-brewed beers at a time. The 40-barrel system allows the flexibility to offer many unique styles, from refreshing Pilsners to hoppy Pale Ales to creamy Stouts. Food ranges from traditional pub fare to salads, burgers, sandwiches and more, all prepared from scratch. The brewpub also carries a great selection of craft beer from around the world, wines and non-alcoholic beverages. With plenty of seating inside, and a beautiful beer garden outside, it's the perfect place to stop by for a pint and a bite.

“Some good brews!”
Reviewed 17 January 2014

Really liked the Stout and their holiday brew. Another nice plus is that you could get an 8 oz glass instead of a 16 oz. This gave us the opportunity to try more than one beer without doing the flight (and drinking too much!). The food was okay--basic pub fare.

“Great town and people but not so great beer”
Reviewed 16 January 2014

Boulder Dam Brewing is a nice place to go and good service but I have been to many microbrews and their beer just is not that good. It is served rather warm and trying the six shooter the only one I would get again was the stout. They had other nice beers from all around and my favorite was the red Ale from Alaska. Food was very average, I had the fried fish basket and fries. Coleslaw was the best thing and very good. I love this town and mainsteet as it is so USA small town and so I will go back. Have been there about 3 times over the years and is still a nice place to go out too.

“Great food, great beer, friendly atmosphere”
Reviewed 16 January 2014

We stopped by this place after visiting the Hoover Dam upon recommendation of our Concierge at our hotel in Vegas. The waiter, Emilio, was super friendly and fun. We ordered flights of beer and he explained each kind of beer and they brew their own beer so it was great and very fresh. We ordered a bunch of food and shared it between the three of us and the portions were very generous. The condiments came in silver buckets and the overall vibe was fun and casual. The owner was there and was very friendly. His daughter was helping to raise money for mosquito nets in Uganda and we all made purchases to help with this great cause. Definitely stop by and see Emilio!

“Really not impressed.”
Reviewed 4 January 2014

I am sorry but I was not happy with this one... It's a great looking Pub with average food and mediocre Beer.
Being the beer freak that I am I was entirely unimpressed with their brews. Had their "six shooter"... There is a problem with their strand of yeast in their beer. They all had that weird unhappy yeast flavor that was so much stronger in the Hefe. Ended up drinking a 5 Magic Hat Ipa from a different Brewery that they fortunately carry there.
Courtney I would have loved to have seen you smile. Why Do they serve good wings with a side of chips and cheap queso in a plastic cup? What happened to celery sticks? They are cheaper and much better tasting than food colored chips.
Fried zucchini were great, fresh and tasty!! That was definitely the highlight of our meal.
Nice decor outside with the mining bucket and the rest of the memorabilia from the building of the Dam.
Thank you but chips go with salsa or in nachos.
