“Tiny, Obscure.....Delicious!!!!”
Reviewed 24 June 2014 via mobile

You'd drive right past this place if you didn't know it was there. Nestled inside of a small shopping center, this cozy spot offers BIG value on some fancy dining options. Filet mignon, Chilean seabass, bottles of wine for under $20.... everything is SO good!!! With only about 8-10 tables, and an open kitchen, the smallness of this place will make you feel right at home. No need to get dressed up, this is casual fine dining at its best. My hubby and I have eaten here a couple of times, as we are locals, and have loved it every time. When asked where someone can get a good steak, The Bistro in Boulder City is always the first thing out of our mouths to folks...even if they are staying on the Strip. Worth the 45 minute drive if you can spare it!

“Small and”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

A small bistro outside of Las Vegas, situated right next to the road. Very delicious food and friendly service. We liked it very much.

Thank you

“Love this place!”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

We live in Boulder City and for the longest time did not stop in here. So sad that we waited so long! We have now been twice and both times the food was amazing. The service was also great. Nothing we have had here has been average, everything is made to order from the hot fresh bread to your entree. We will be going back monthly from now on!

“Excellent Linguine Bolanaise and Salmon”
Reviewed 4 May 2014

We were terribly hungry after a day of shopping at the many antique stores in Boulder City but our hotel restaurant had a special event that evening and we had to go elsewhere. Not wanting to eat at the noisy sports bars and watering holes around town, we drove north on the highway. After passing a few fast food places, we saw a sign on the right side of the road for The Bistro. What a find! The small place was nearly full but quiet for conversing. Our fresh salads were wonderful. The delicious almond crusted salmon was moist and flavorful and the meat sauce over linguine was as good as the spaghetti bolagnese that floated me away in Florence years ago.

Cute cozy place. The two worked very hard. Food was good. Martini lemon drop was excellent.
French onion soup and chicken salad were both good
