I just had lunch in this nice restaurant in "magnifique" Isle sur la Sorgue/Provence. The couple who recently overtook the restaurant are very charming and welcoming, they do know their job and are passionate. The chef Fabrice Amar make a true and generous provençal cuisine (fantastic mushrooms for the fall, a, excellent guinea fowl)tasty fresh, and he even explains you where he buys the vegetables, fish, meat.
This restaurant needs to be known as quite secluded and the resume of the chef is quite amazing too. he worked with three michelin chefs.
The decor is provencal and for the summer time a swimming pool is available too.
