This was our first time in Nebraska and we stayed here for two nights while visiting family. The room was very clean and completely equipped for a comfortable stay. This is not like a usual hotel and the entrance to the room face outdoors. We were initially concerned about the safety of this location, but the area seemed very safe. The beds were extremely comfortable and large. The room was very well lit and our room specifically faced the sun so we had plenty of lighting in the room even before we put on the lights. The room had a nice large TV that swiveled around with multiple channels to suit all ages. The bathroom was completely equipped with extra towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen in the suite had a fridge, microwave, oven, clean cups, plates, cooking utensils and vessels, coffee maker, tea bags + coffee, and clean towels as well. It also had cleaning supplies. It was fully equipped and staff was happy to provide anything that we needed extra (eg. toothpaste, etc.) The staff was very kind and accommodated our needs for an early breakfast when we had to leave by 4am to catch our train back home. The customer service was exemplary and the overall stay was extremely satisfying. My whole family stayed here and enjoyed their time.
Outside the hotel they have a basketball area and also a pool which was closed up at this time (it was cold out). There was apparently a party in the same area, leased out space by the same hotel to the party group, which tended to get slightly loud, but overall was not bothersome to us.
In the mornings they serve breakfast (included) which is delicious and fulfilling. There are so many options for all types of diets. They had cereal, oatmeal, granola, toppings for oatmeal (chocolate chips, brown sugar, walnuts), different types of breads, various spreads and jams, cream cheese, butter, french toast, omelette, hash browns, eggs, salsa, apple and orange juice, milk, muffins, fruits, etc. We did not stay for the lunches and dinners, but apparently they have specially themed meals on certain days of the week. The calendar on your room fridge will show you when they have nachos or pizza, etc. Unfortunately we did not get to try any of these since we were hanging out with family.
If we ever visit Omaha again, we would definitely stay here again.
