“Very good workers!”
Reviewed 27 October 2013

Hard workers, clean rooms, friendly people, good location (next too many restaurants). Taylor, the bartender, made our weekends wonderful. Very friendly, well mannered, and fun. Always on top of things and has a smile on her face. Very nice girl.

I Have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Colby the CR on duty when I checked in was very helpful and friendly. My day was just as great with the helpful friendly customer service I received from Aaron the CR on duty. I travel to Omaha Nebraska often this will definitely be the hotel I stay at on my future trips. Thank you for making my stay very enjoyable.

Room Tip: I am very sure the Desk will make your stay the very best.

Our recent stay at the Quality Inn & Suites could have been a bit better. When we checked in they told us that they were out of non-smoking rooms so they upgraded us to a "suite". Having just checked out of the Days Inn York where we had stayed in a true suite "Quality Inn & Suites" idea of a "suite" was seriously lacking. The "suite" contained a king bed, sleeper sofa, couple of uncomfortable chairs, and a fridge, microwave plus a tiny bathroom all in the same room.
One of the outlets in the room wasn't working. It was repaired the next day, but our room key had to be changed out daily for the 3 days we stayed there. In addition to these issues, we were told on Saturday that the pool was closed for cleaning and the adding of chemicals. It was to re-open Saturday evening, but when we returned it was still closed. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a handfull of gift certificates to a local putt putt for our inconvenience. We did appreciate the thought, but given that we are from Florida wouldn't be able to use those gift cards.
The breakfast was the same things every day. There was no meat. Simply scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, etc. There was no variety each day. You would think they would at least try to have some variety. We ended up going over to Sapp Brothers restaurant for breakfast.
Overall, this wasn't the best experience.

Dear SweetFIGirl,
We regret that your stay at Quality Inn and Suites was not to your satisfaction. It is our responsibility to ensure guest satisfaction and it is unfortunate that your experience was not up to your standards.
Regarding the door lock it has been replaced and working properly. As far the pool is concerned, we do daily maintenance on the pool to ensure we meet Ne standards. Therefore, the pool is shut down at 10pm every night. In talking to the pool maintenance staff, it seems you wanted to use the pool after 10pm.
Generally speaking, reviews on our breakfast have been outstanding. Most guests find the variety of items available very satisfactory. Gravy with sausage, varieties of yogurt, Omeltes, Bagels, Hard Boiled Eggs , Biscuits etc are available every morning.
Once again, we regret that your stay was not up to your standards. Should you choose to stay at Quality Inn and Suites in the future, we hope that we do a better job of meeting your standards.
Sincerely,
Jessica Woods

Clean Without Perfumey Sprays. Bed Was Exceedingly Comfortable. Quiet, Despite our Room Being Next ToThe Lounge. We Had A Non-Smoking Room And It Did Not Smell Like Anyone Had Cheated. Tiny Bathroom, But It Had The Sink Outside, Which Was Great. Room Was Very Well Designed, With A Fridge And Microwave In A Cabinet With Space For A Plate\FoodPrep. There Was Even Room To Do Yoga OR Personal Exercise On Both Sides Of The King Size Bed! Nice Pillows, Nice Ventilation/Air Conditioner/Heater that was quiet. It was our nicest room we've stayed in for under $85, almost on par with a Residence Inn! The only disappointment was the free breakfast, which we did not partake of: biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal. For someone who doesn't eat gluten, slim-pickings.

This hotel is conveniently located near I-80 for anyone traveling east to west; however, if you need to take a large suitcase or bag to your room, this hotel does not have an elevator. The clerk at the front desk was willing to help us located another hotel if we could not carry are luggage up the stairs; however, we were very tired and carrying our luggage seemed like the best option.

Room Tip: Call ahead and get a first floor room.

Dear MITraveler_13,
Thank for your review. We sincerely appreciate your feedback!!!
Quality Inn and Suites does not have an elevator and we apologize for the inconvenience. Being a two story building, most guests do not find it terribly inconvenient, but carrying heavy bags at night can be tedious and tiresome.
Regarding breakfast-there is no excuse for items being "dry". It typically is not and we will make sure to address this issue.
Once again, we appreciate your feedback and look forward to better serving your needs in the future.
Sincerely,
Jessica Woods
