We spent four very comfortable nights here at the end of the summer season, when Sivota was beginning to quieten down. The room was lovely, spacious and bright and clean. The shower was modern and effective and there was always hot water even though one day there were only two rooms occupied in the entire hotel. Maid service was immaculate. All the staff were friendly and helpful in all our dealings with them. The rooms are in four separate blocks, all overlooking the sea. We had a great view across the harbour and there was plenty to watch with yachts coming and going; also we could view the town's main bar/restaurant area, so there was always something to look at. The flat screen TV was fairly useless as there is virtually no signal in Sivota but that's not the hotel's fault. We only ate in the restaurant one night but, contrary to an earlier review, we found the staff extremely attentive and helpful, the food was good and averagely priced, and we were given free deserts and a round of drinks as well. Can't fault that! The breakfast choice seemed good enough to us: four different types of bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, honey etc, cheese and ham and pies and cake and omelettes and all the usual things. A lovely hotel.

We were just driving past when we saw this hotel and decided to stay. It is a modern hotel overlooking the picturesque bay in Syvota. The rooms are a good size and beautifully appointed and well designed. The balcony overlooks the bay and one couldn´t really ask for a better view of the bay with yachts and boats tied up and typical Greek restaurants on the quayside.

The hotel is most attractive and immaculately clean. There is a comfortable bed, television with CNN for news in English, hairdryer and nice toiletries provided and free WiFi in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet providing a choice of hot food including eggs and bacon; thick Greek yoghurt with honey; bread, toast and pastries with jam; cereal etc. I completely fail to understand an earlier review which complained about the staff – we found them all friendly and helpful and could speak adequate English. The only problem would be that parking is limited and must be difficult during July and August.

The price was good value and I would very much recommend this hotel.

I am visiting Sivota for 5 years and I always stay in a different hotel, this is the best choise. The hotel position is the best in Sivota. The view from all the hotel is at the port and the sea.The rooms are clean with all the amenities. The view from the bed and the balcony was fantastic. The only negative is that there were many ants at the room but this is not a big problem because in general the room was clean. The breakfast was good enough. The stuff very friendly. Everything was good.

Stayed there for a weekend. The room was spacious and VERY modern with every comfort installed.. The room rate, 75 euros, with the breakfast which was great, was very very reasonable. The view to the harbor is great. the only drawback is that you can't swim in the sea in front of the hotel, so, there is a need for a car to drive you to Bella Vreka or any other great beach Sivota has to offer. Also, be prepared to walk a little bit, since the hotel is built on a hillside, so some of the rooms are on a walking (up the hill) distance..
I will return to this hotel and I highly recommend it. Although there is no beach near close, and the children cannot play there, it is a big advantage that there is a nice restaurant in the place, were they can eat some decent food..

Be adviced that this review only concerns the restaurant.

The service is extremely poor and painfully slow. It takes the staff a serious amount of time to take your order, in the meantime they put some bread and water on the table whether you ask for it or not. This is almost customary accept that this restaurant charge you for it. Even though the amount charged for the bread and water is almost neglectible, it is a matter of principle involved.

When you have finally ordered, even though you just ordered a grilled fish, make sure that you are prepared to wait up to one hour to get your food. During that time, don't be surprised if one of the waiters asks you what you ordered or tries to serve you something that you did not order.

We actually tried this restaurant twice since we thought that we just had some bad luck the first time and the food, when it finally arrived, was very good indeed (only ate grilled fish, but that can be recommended). It is a shame that the service is so poor since the location is superb and to sit out on the pier and look at the sunset while having dinner is such a nice setting. The service and the fact that they charge you for items that you haven't ordered cannot be compensated by good food since you can get similar or better quality food in other restaurants with service light years from this one. What a shame

The location of this hotel is ideal, at the village of Syvota.
The rooms are rennovated and are stylish and spacious with nice sea view.

Regarding the breakfast is poor and i would expect more options available, as well as not to charge the coffee you order.
The service is something that has to be improved, since most of the staff are not polite and seems to be bored to serve you.

They say they offer free parking, but it can host only few cars and sometimes you cannot find parking very close to the hotel.
Also there is free wifi, but at our room you had to be at the balcony in order to have signal.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with sea view
