The king bed room, which is really a mini suite was great. Very clean and comfortable bed and room in general. Great lighting in the room, which can be a real problem to those of us who travel a lot. Everything was great until I went down for breakfast at about 7:45 in the morning. The small continental breakfast was really messy and incomplete. There were cups of ugly orange colored water lined up on the counter because the orange juice machine was empty. With no sink and no employee people were forced to leave their cups lined up on the counter. I was impressed that there were six boxes of what the sign stated was "Gourmet Tea" only to find out that four of the six boxes were empty. One of the desk employees came over and did nothing to clean up the mess or refill the empty orange juice or tea. She just filled her coffee cup and left the empty coffee carafe open and sitting in the middle of the counter.

My complaints aren't catastrophic. Again, the room was great for a budget motel. I was just very dissappointed that the motel employees didn't seem to care about the mess in the lobby breakfast area.

Room Tip: Good inexpensive place to stay, not great help.

The desk staff were very nice, but the room and the hotel were in desperate need of deep cleaning. The towels had ragged edges and were not the shade of white one wants a hotel towel to be. The sheets were thin, worn, and stained. The owner collects modern art which was hung in the lobby, but he/she is clearly not on top of the cleanliness of the rooms and hall ways.

The staff was great, rooms were clean. no problems. We were on the 3rd floor, which was great not so noisy. The walls are paper thin. They give you 4 pillows each bed, they are very thick and not cuddly,

Stayed two nights for a conference. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning. Two of my towels in the bathroom were neatly folded but when I unfolded them to use them they were visibly soiled. (Don't know how that was missed and left for guests. Gross. I checked replacement towels carefully. Seemed clean but worn and rough.) Rugs are worn and in need of a deep steam cleaning. Bathroom toilet paper holder was visibly dusty. Paint in shower area is peeling. Bed was decent. Appreciated the fresh fruit during breakfast. Suggestion: If you stay here, bring your own pillow and towels!
