This was included with our Lincoln package at the Double Tree Lincoln Hotel. Very good bouffet. There was hot and cold items and you were able to have a made to order omelet or waffel.

Often restaurants in hotels are not very good, as they feel that they have a captive audience. We ate breakfast at Lindsay's and found it to be a quiet place with a nice ambiance. One of us had the breakfast buffet which was only $12.00, slightly more than most breakfast entrees. The buffet had a fair amount of selections and everyone was warm and tasted good. We also tried the biscuits and gravy. The entree was two biscuits cut in half for four pieces with plenty of tasty gravy. A side of good hash browns came with it. If you are staying in the hotel, it is a good choice to try.

really nice restaurant concept with quiet corners or a more social and busy bar. great food, american classics with a twist and they showed the football (sorry, soccer) world cup!

Stopped in for breakfast on our last morning in town. Restaurant was half empty. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. We only saw our waitress once. Ordered the buffet as advised by the hostess because the kitchen staff was backed up. Meal was half over by the time we got our coffee. Never offered refills.
Their policy is that your server is the only person who can run your bill through the register. We waited and waited for her to come up. The hostess had notified her that we were there. Finally we just left our money sitting by the register. Ive never heard of such a policy in a restaurant. Plenty of other nice places for breakfast around the hotel. We thought this would be easier. We were wrong. Food was average, breakfast buffet over priced.

While looking for a place to eat breakfast we could not find anything locally so we ended up at Lindsay's in the hotel. The choices were limited. What we did have was good but not great. Typical hotel restaurant.
