This coffee house in in an old brick house that was moved to the site. There are pictures of the moving process in the building. It is creatively decorated, rustic brick. They have a fine selection of coffees, teas, cold drinks, as well as breakfast and luncheon items. Don't miss Wm. Van's.

Old house connected to Abe Lincoln. Apparently he gave the guy the money to build the house. House was originally in a different location and was moved. Pictures of the move are on the wall. Setting is the perfect coffee house! And the coffee is really really good! Check it out and I'm sure old Abe would appreciate it!

Historic old house restored and converted in to a coffee shop. Great coffee, desserts and atmosphere.
A few blocks from the Lincoln Home historic site.

Good coffee, friendly staff, warm interior with walls wrapped in recycled barn wood and great view of the State Capitol and Lincoln's Home in this restored brick house.

This is a good p[lace for a cup of coffee and to spend some time with a friend. It is a refurbished older house with a fine old decor. It has walls made with rescued wood panels and comfortable seating. The front window looks down on the street and is a good place to sit with someone to chat. There are plenty of papers to read. They sell pastries and sandwiches. The coffe is good and the food rates about a 7. The employees are very friendly , efficient and knowledgeable.
