We camped here in march 2014. The camp site itself was so clean, with nice clean crush gravel and very level sites. Sites are very private and have nice little trails to the very polish clean bathhouse. This place has electric, water, sewer and CABLE! Great trails, a great little canyon to hike or drive around, small little town Mentone to shop or eat. Fort Payne is home of the band Alabama, their fan club and monument stand in the middle of town. This was the best campground I have stayed in yet! I highly recommend you go to this park, you will love it and won't want to leave. We stayed for 8 days and loved everything it had to offer. We plan to return next year on our way home from Florida, same time same excellent place.
