We stayed here for one night at the end of a two week holiday, as we wanted to be close to the airport for a morning flight. The setting of the hotel is beautiful right on the edge of the lake, and very quiet, and it is perfectly located for the airports, Ciampino airport being only a 10 minute drive away. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, we particularly liked one called Quintessa. The hotel staff were very friendly, and even offered to prepare breakfast for us early as we needed to leave for the airport. However the one thing that let this hotel down for us was the price, it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in throughout Rome, Tuscany, Umbria and Marche, and taking in to account the basic rooms, and facilities it does not justify the price. The room did have aircon, but apart from that it was very small and pretty basic.
