Really only convenient if attending an event at the Milano Fiera, this hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere and away from everything. You walk in through some weird huge yellow garage style doors which keep all the daylight out of the mainlobby, and you feel like you are entering a huge disco bar without sound of music!! The decor is predominantly black and somber ultra modern minimalist. Single occupancy rooms are typically very small. ( almost all Italian hotel rooms have this fault), but mine was a corner room surrounded by wall windows and the entrance corridor was even made smaller by the use of vapourous wall to wall grey chiffon curtains. Whoever deviced this decor should be sent back to school to reformulate his ideas about guest confort!! The whole hotel is in fact amixture of good and bad taste. Room bathroom was large in comparison to actual room space, shower only , but quite modern with a good choiceof amenities. Bed confortable enough. Mini bar and safe available in the room. Morning breakfast was quite good but hotel is huge and as 2 towers so breakfast room is not easy to find. Breakfast Food presentation of higher quality and variety than what is usually found in Italian hotels. Free internet in rooms. Hotel lifts beat the competition for dubious taste decor: all made in mirror, like big mirror boxes, and a bit temperamental plus a lady voice announcing the number of floor at each stop.... In sum this hotel is very strange but it you are attending the Fiera it is an inevitable obvious choice.....

This hotel is only useful if you are attending or participating in some big exhibition and you need to stay very near to the huge Fiera Milano RHO. Otherwise, it is a no-no: it is far away from the city, it is located in a isolated lonely dark deserted place, it has a very cold impression - even though the rooms have the usual facilites and comforts, but everything else about this place is cold, cold and more cold in terms of staff's indifference, food's indifference, total indifference....

Thr hotel itself is really beautiful, clean, just really nice place to stay, food was good, slept like a log (no noise).
HOWEVER!!! oh my god! until we found how to get there by car, we were dribing in circles!!! italian roads and sign are rubbish, sorry but even with sat nav, we had really big problems getting there as we had to go round and round until we got the right road (some kind of a one way system....), and the hotel is not very pleasant location, quite lonely and surrounded by not very good looking trading estate...if you go there, go by car, otherwise will have problem i think... but other than that, no probs!

If you are going to be an exhibitor at one of the Trade Shows, this is the hotel to book. You are within one minute walking distance of the fair grounds.

Beds are confortable and rooms are clean, but a bit small. Breakfast is quite good as well.

I would say the downside is the time it takes to take an elevator in the morning, if you're in one of the top floors. It can take up to 15-20 minutes.
