the room stank. the paint kept falling from the ceiling. we paid for dinner but never ate it as we were told it would close at 9.45 when in fact it closed at 9.30. When, in the middle of our bottle of wine we went to teh buffet, at 9.35 it had gone!!! and already in the bin!! when we explained this to the (allegedly) Vice Director, a certain Angelo, he said he couldn't do anything about it!!!! Company policy prevented him from reimbursing us the 38 euros we paid for a starter. He also said that it was normal for the room to be in those conditions because of the weather. Unbelievable. Never seen such unprofessional staff. ever.
A shame really, as the place is really beautiful, with a couple of nice private 'cala's and beaches. But we won't be back. Not until they decide to take some training in customer service.More
