This is my third year living in Sardinia and still, this modern look jewel in Badesi still holds the first place in ice cream shops.
Let's be fair, most italian "Gelaterie", (also in other regions, by italian descendants or immigrants) are from average to above average. They <<know their stuff>>. In this particular shop, i've been gossiped that they use local dairy products and Gallurian fields are very clean, that said I must highlight the creativity of the owners to bring flavours that are not only regional but of optimal quality (Mirto, figs, honey, etc...).
Certainly, a lot of love in their work, hope they never give up on their passion.
