Went for lunch and ordered pasta and their house wine. I pretty liked the wine, pity i had to drive. The food was good, though portions might have been more generous.

We went to this restaurant on a Saturday night, with a party of 18 people. The place was packed, however we were seating at for pizza within a 1/2 hour, amazing. The view of Castellammare was spectacular. The food "Pizza" was very good. The service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends, if you want good food, good value and a spectacular view. Well worth the trip. Tell them Ignazio sent you.....

What a location! High on the cliff with a view over the entire golfo from Lo Zingaro to Palermo, gazing down at the azure sea (if you go for lunch, and why waste the view waiting for dinner, for which they have a large external terrace). Access is off a lay-by on the coast road above Castellammare, which is often crowded, but you can go through the gate and they have some parking there. The food, centered on seafood, was very good, and I enjoyed their busiate(?) di mare (pasta with tuna, shrimp, zucchini and tomatoes). Well worth including on your itinerary.

I was advised to stop to this restaurant by my friend who some time ago was staying near by. The view from the restaurant is something fantastic, worth to drive hundred km.
We were in the restaurant at the end of lunch and it wasn't full of people. Selection of the food is not very wide and we find it as a plus. The other good thing about the menu is that it was given to us in english and in italian both, so we could learn some italian words.
Pizza was not available as it is meant only for the evening. In a way it was strange, because it is so easy to prepare and childrens love it.
We have ordered Rissoto with mushrooms and ham as well as Spaghetti witb sea food. Overall Rissoto was OK, but nothing special. I was expecting it to be prepared from Arborio tgpe of rise, however it was made of long grain. The toping for the Rissoto was good, mushrooms were real, not champignons and the ham was well cooked.
Speaking about spaghetti, as of our taste it was too salty, most of the shells were impossible to open.
It was a surprise for us to see many tables with standing piles of plates, mqybe they waited for the siesta break to be cleaned out.

Overall it is a nice place, but not sure if I will ever come back to it or recomend it to anyone.

Potential location. The food wasn't good and the staff very unfriendly.
We had to sit inside for lunch, but there was a free table on the terrace in the sun.
