This was an unexpectedly great museum. It has several "standard" exhibits and special exhibits that come and go. The depth of information on Virginia history was excellent. My 2 sons thoroughly enjoyed it. The building was originally built in the early 20th Century to house a pro-confederacy museum and is interesting from that perspective. Free parking in the back off the Blvd.
