We had made a reservation for thanksgiving, and despite calling and confirming the rooms availability they did not have a room. We were checked in, went to the room, and when we put the key in the door, there was someone still inside!! No other rooms were available, so we were sent to a nearby hotel, and told our room would be comped. A few weeks later, the Hampton Inn manager refused to pay for the room. Just an awful hotel experience, one I would never recommend to anyone.
