My honey and I happened to be out in what is locally known as The West End, on an errand. We asked about a place to stop for lunch and got directed to this small cafe nearby. What a delight! We had delicious vegetable soup and shared a pannini, made with deliciously melted mozzarella. Afterwards, a cup of excellent coffee. The piccolo was enough java to keep us going all day! The owner was very friendly, and Italian. He offers Italian classes! And on Saturday half price wine. Nice. The only thing that was difficult during this first visit was a small group of parents with very young children, all of whom were unhappy (read "crying".) When they left, we were happy! No fault of the owner, however, and we will return to enjoy this little taste of Italy.
