The room was clean and comfortable, but we were made to wait to get our room because we requested a first floor room due to my disability and the fact we had our cat with us. It didn't make sense that we weren't given a room in front of the handicap spot. I had to walk a little bit to use the handicap space.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your comments on the cleanliness of our rooms and being comfortable. I apologize for the wait but am glad we were able to get you in a first floor room. Unfortunately due to the layout of our property not all parking spots are directly in front of rooms but the path is wider in those areas to compensate for wheelchairs and wide walkers. If we redesign the lot in the future I will be sure to bring up this point to see if it can be corrected. Have a great Autumn and I hope we see you again in the near future.

Renny was the most efficient and friendly front desk agents i have come across in a very long time. Her knowledge of the area, was most helpful. I look forward to returning to Red Roof Inn for the great customer service. The cleanliness of the property was a welcomed surprised compared to other locations.
Renny is a great asset to the property.

I went to Red Roof Inn South in Richmond, VA...I did not have a reservation but was greeted by Rae at the front desk who was pleasant and was able to accommodate myself and my mother who is wheelchair bound in a very nice first floor room. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest before continuing our journey.

Rae is a new employee but has some good experience in hospitality and she has been getting some good compliments from our guests. If you travel more often you should apply for our Redi card so you can get benefits when you stay and earn points towards free nights. We hope you and your mother had good luck fishing in the tidewater area and look forward to seeing you both again next time you make this trip.

I was very pleased with this room for $60. Outside of hotel was dated but my room appeared to have been recently remodeled. Had to haggle with the guy at 2:30am when I checked in to get his price down to the online price. No elevator. ENTIRE HOTEL NON -SMOKING!!!

Guests continue to have many positive comments on our new room style. We provide a very good value for customers looking not to spend a lot of money for a good room. We do offer good rates online when you want to try and get s discount. To add to the value if you travel and stay with us you can in the RediCard program and earn points towards free nights. We are always working on the property and have been completing some exterior work to improve the landscaping and outside of the rooms. We hope that next time you are passing through Richmond that you will stay with us again. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Me and my wife stayed at the red roof inn in Richmond we stop there twice a year we really like it because they are pet friendly with no fee the rooms are very clean and the stay was comfortable when we checked in the GSR was very nice and friendly her name was Latanya she made sure we got every thing upon check in because we like extra pillows and towels we definitely will be visiting again next year when we stop through Richmond.
