This museum is so nice now that the renovation are finished. The parking is a breeze to get in and out of. The exhibits are very neat to walk around and view. Great for all ages!

“Top Notch”
Reviewed 17 May 2012

VMFA is a top notch art museum and is definitely worth a stop when in Richmond. They routinely have exquisite special events such as the Picasso visiting show and Mummies which are fabulous. In addition to these they also have smaller exhibits such as Elvis at 21 a photography exhibit and I recently saw an photography exhibit on street scenes from Paris that was very interesting. If this is not enough their routine exhibits are worthwhile. Especially noteworthy is their famous Faberge exhibit. The museum shop has a lot to offer and the cafe is very good making this a great way to spend an afternoon. The grounds are even extremely nice. All I can say is GO you won't regret it!
