We've been doing the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives thing to check out the places on the show. We got there around 8p and it was pretty busy. We met the owner and he was the nicest, friendliest person. He talked to us for almost the whole time we were there. Told us things to see in Richmond, other places to eat and all about his history and restaurant. His staff is super friendly also. We even met the original owner cause she happened to be eating there with friends. We had the Chicken Macarthur and the Grilled Andouille. There are at least 10-14 sides to choose from. We had the coleslaw, collard greens and butternut squash. Everything was very good. I would have liked to go back and tried something else but we were only in town for a couple of nights.
