Would you dare to get cod in cream-garlic sauce from a grocery store's hot bar? I did, and it was delicious. Ellwood Thompson's Cafe has a chef for its ready-made food, and it shows. I was too late for breakfast the next day, but loved the Indian-themed lunch. The hot bar has meat and vegetarian options. The bakery goods look mouth watering. Choose from a wide selection or beers and healthy bottled drinks. A coffee / smoothie station is overpriced, but my $4 cold American coffee was delicious. There's plenty of seating inside and a fair amount outside. And the patio is dog friendly, including water bowls. ET has a crunchy granola vibe and everything that goes with it, but is very clean. Best of all, there's ample parking in their parking lot, since ET is a grocery store.
