I hadn't been to Carytown for a while and didn't know about this restaurant. I agreed to meet for Sunday brunch and was pleasantly surprised. Great service, unique and varied menu items, great coffee and juices. Had a perfectly enjoyable experience and plan to go back another time!

The Daily was new for us. At lunch the menu offers a good variety of options including inventive and standard sandwiches and salads. The crab cake sandwich and the vegetarian panini were very good. The house iced tea was perfect. The service was acceptable but not superior - which seemed odd given the large number of young men and women who appeared to be working and a less than full restaurant. Nevertheless, we will be back!

This place will take you by surprise! There's always a lot going on but the surroundings are spacious so you'll not feel crowded. In the early evening there's typically a going-home crowd at the bar and the active kitchen is visible along the back wall. The waitstaff knows the wines and the food and the pricing is reasonable. At dinner, the menu offers a wide variety of approaches and will tempt you to try things you've previously avoided--kale, brussels sprouts, etc. The lunch menu is equally inventive but more casual, perhaps, in approach. Pricing felt reasonable

Outside dining, at this time of year, is an added pleasure.
