Libby Hill was a delight! A gorgeous view of the James that, according to the info plaque, resembles the view of Richmond on the Thames in England that it gave the city its name. There was a nice breeze at the top of the hill that was nice on a hot summer day. The flowers were beautiful. Unfortunately, the rustic fountain wasn't working. There is also a monument erected for Confederate soldiers and sailors.
