This is the worst ''Hotel'', I have ever been. Rooms are small, not enough place for suitcases, the complete look of the Hotel is horrible, this hotel is for truck drivers to come with payed prostitutes. And i dont even want to mention that there is no road for walkers, and that u have to walk and be affraid that some car or bus or truck will hit u.

The hotel is located just by the freeway exit and was very easy to find. We needed to be out on the road early and the location was ideal. Very conveniently located to Verona. The rooms were small by my American standard, but very nice, very clean (which matters much more than anything else!!!), the breakfast was nicely done and available when we needed it to be. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They spoke a good level of English (certainly better than my Italian!) and went beyond the norm to help us. When asked for recommendations they were very happy to accommodate us and even told us where we should avoid going to – this may not seem like a big thing, but when traveling in a country where one doesn’t speak the language this is very important.
All in all I was very pleased. What made the stay the most memorable was the beautiful local scenery and the charming nature of the staff.

Our group (about 40 people) was there for 4 nights in July, as part of the "Verona-Garda-Estate" choir singing festival. The rooms are well furnished, but if on the road side you run the risk of being awaken by the traffic. The staff is very friendly. I regretted that they charge 5 euros per 24 hours for WiFi connection. Breakfast (included) is normally good (Continental buffet: bread croissants, canned fruit, coffee and tea, cake,...), but sometimes gets out of something; I enjoyed espresso coffee and cappuccino every morning.

Room tip: Avoid rooms on the street side.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a group touring the region. The hotel is on a main road on the outskirts of Soave. It is about 1/2 hour walk into the town, so a car is recommended to get around. The rooms are tired in terms of decor, noisy from the traffic, but clean. There appeared to be some fault in most rooms such as lights not working, no plug for the bath, hand held shower as the hook to attach it to the wall was broken etc. The breakfast is a buffet of rolls, ham, cheese, croissants, cake, fruit and cereals. The coffee from the machine is best avoided.
The weather was lovely but unfortunately there is no where to sit outside. One of the staff did take out a couple of chairs for us to sit in the car park.
The staff are very friendly and did all they could to make our stay pleasant, even providing us with coffee and packed lunches at 5 in the morning as we waited for a bus to take us to the airport.

Room tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel might be quieter.
