Stayed here on a family holiday and really enjoyed it.

The hotel has a large pool and my corner room on the top floor was enormous. The bathroom was slightly dated but apart from that it was great.

Convenient location for all the tourist attractions near by.

The attached restaurant was also good quality and great value.

Recommended.

We spent a weekend at this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were very pleased with the staff, with the spa, the pool was one of the best we tried, the water was warm and everything was in working order. The highlight of the trip was the combined massage with volcanic stones, made by Iuliana Beko and Iuliana Gheorghe. We liked it so much that we booked another session for the next day. The room was spacious, clean, had a nice view, the minibar was well-stocked, the AC was working nice. We could check out late with no extra charge, as it was not recommended to leave so soon after the massage session. Good breakfast, lots of very tasty local produce. The restaurant is a tavern, so it's quite noisy in the evening and we couldn't find a non-smoking corner, that was a big minus. But all in all a great experience.

Room Tip: Nice view on the fourth floor.

Aptly called the Wolf complex because there is a supermarket, bowling, billiards, tennis court, football field, spa and swimming pool, restaurant, children's playground, conference rooms, and two hotel buildings (1 and 2). The theme is consistent with the carpets having the wolf logo and paws to match; the seats in the restaurant are sculpted like the animal complete with wool. The best description of the area is rustic, with surrounding mountains and valleys as well as greenery. The elevator is quite confusing; if you are going to a particular floor you have to press one floor higher (2nd floor, press 3). The rooms are very large but the beds are very small. TV remote without batteries. Great view from the balcony. Airconditioning more than adequate. Food is average. Conference facilities are limited; not even Windows office here. Yet most people go here just to spend the night; the real reason for almost everybody's visit is Dracula's castle.

While on a Motorcycle Tour of Romania, we stopped at Hotel Wolf in Bran, Romania. There is plenty of parking and a supermarket located just in front of the Hotel, which is super nice to stock up on supplies before traveling on. The best part was the restaurant and the local dishes they served, wonderful and lots of it too. The Bran Castle is an added bonus only a short drive to castle which inspired Bram Stoker for his book "Dracula".

This was the second time i choose this hotel. An year ago we visited this hotel and we had a decent experience, our main attraction was their pool with heated water. Now things were diferent. We stayed 4 days and in all of them the watter was cold. The pool was empty all the time, everyone waited for the jacuzzi witch had heated watter but just 4 peoples fit in it..so it was disapointing. We spoke with many peoples from their staff but every one of them started to tell lies, diferent lies. One of them said that because peoples left the door open in one day the watter cooled, another one said that they have some problems with the sensors and they can not heat the watter, and diferent others storys. Anyways, all the peoples were disapointed about that, but we were more because we knew that in the past they heated the watter and some of the peoples didint know that and thought that the temperature of the watter was the same like that all the time. Besides this, we had another problem, we didint had internet conexion in our room, something was not working. Again they started to tell diferent lies. I asked them if there was problems in the past with the internet conexion in that room and they said no, and after that i found out from another person from their staff that in that room the internet conexion didint worked anytime. They sent a person to try to resolve the problem but he was totaly unprepared for that. (It was a man who make all the things there, cut the grass, work on electricity problems, sanding wood, all kind of things..something like an universal man) witch was dressed very poor. Another problem was with the wireless conexion from the hotel witch was not working, or the signal was very small. About the restaurant i can say that the food is not very special, its poor, and the very unconfortable thing is that the waiters seem upset all the time witch gives you a strange sensations. You wont see any one of them smile one time, and that is very unconfortable, you cant eat there and be relaxed. In one word, our vacation was awfull,we wont go there again, there are many other better choices and i am sad that we dididnt know this before we went there.

Room Tip: I dont recomand this hotel at all but if you want to go there i recomand you to pick garden view, ma...

Rooms are very large and nice. The cleaning service it is averege.
The restaurant it is nice, and the food it is very good. The services at the restaurant it is good.
The main problem for us was the fact that the heat it came form the wall (there are some pipes, i think, because a part of the wall was vey hot) and i cannot turn off the heat. And i was forced to sleep with the window open (outside was about 5 degree) and it was still very hot in the room.... It was not a good sleep...

Rooms were very spacious. I had an enormous corner room. Facilities were clean and well kept. The bathroom was fine
but a little old school in decor.
Facilities are good, large swimming pool and sauna.

Restaurant was good value for money.
