Returned to Molino del Santo to celebrate our wedding anniversary this time. Once again met by friendly, efficient staff. Great room. As usual the food was excellent, as was the weather.
Can't wait until next year. Well done to all the staff again.

What makes this and other truly exceptional hotels earn thir kudos is attention to detail. Molino del Santo is in a wonderful location at once restful yet exciting. The rooms are gorgeous, the garden exquisite, the pool is great and the food to die for. We had only one night but could have easily stayed 3-4.

Room Tip: Go for a suite overlooking the pool - definitely worth it

A wonderful hotel with an excellent restaurant tucked away in the mountains near Ronda. A peaceful retreat run by an English couple with helpful Spanish staff and a great kitchen. In a conservation area on a picturesque river.

Having recently returned from our 15th visit to this amazing hotel we can honestly say it just gets better each year. Each holiday we discover new villages and walks - the wild flowers this spring were especially beautiful. We are already planning our visit for next year!

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely we have stayed in most of them ! Rooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor and...

We booked for an eight night stay here as part of a four week bird watching holiday in Spain. We received the usual Molino warm and friendly welcome on arrival and throughout our stay the staff were helpful, cheerful, informal and very efficient. The food is excellent and Victor's management of the dining room was a pleasure to watch. The site is immaculately cared for and the countryside around is both beautiful and spectacular and the wildlife is unforgettable. The walks described in Tony Bishop and Eva Bratek's book, on sale at the hotel, are very well described and Eva's knowledge of the flora and fauna of this area of Andalucia is impressive, allowing us to see a wide variety of birds by spending time with her. This was our third visit and for us, this hotel sets the standard that we would like other hotels to aim for.

Faultless again. Thank you so much for making us feel utterly welcome and for such a very special evening on the night of my birthday party. The Margaritas and Mojitos were a bonus not to mention your kindness in leaving a bottle of Cava in each of our rooms. The food wine and smiling service as always were superb. What more can I say!

Room Tip: Go for the suite.. its worth it

How sorry that we only had just the one night here, we would have liked to still be there now. From the moment we stepped inside and were welcomed by the delightful Paco we felt so relaxed. The room we had with its pleasant terrace was a very good size and seemed so private. The gardens and pool area are delightful and the food we took on the terrace was excellent too. On such a short visit and having spent the previous days walking elsewhere we didn't get a chance to experience enough of the area. What a shame we will just have to go back!!!
