We enjoyed a very pleasant one night stay at the Hotel Montejaque. It is perfectly situated on the village's pretty main square, which was full of locals on an evening. It might have been a bit noisy in the rooms at the front but we had one of the quieter rooms at the back of the hotel. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable although the decor was a little dated.
We also ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which served fantastic local home-cooked food. Breakfast was also good.
Service was friendly and efficient throughout.
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want to get away from some of the better known towns in this part of Andalucia (e.g. Ronda, which is extremely touristy but makes an easy day trip if you have a car).
