“Fun place for casual dinner”
Reviewed 31 August 2012 via mobile

We just left a casual, fun dinner at Tin Lizzy's and would definitely recommend it! Yes it was loud inside, but we asked to be seated in the bar for a game that was playing on the TVs, so that added to the fun, not detracted from it. Their pitchers of margaritas are delicious, large and really cheap (just $15 and we got 5 glasses out of it). The chips are excellent, and the salsa fresco and guacamole was pretty good too. We then ordered a couple tacos each. We got the Spicy Tilapia, Southern Comfort, Santa Fe Chicken, Korean BBQ and Steak Fajita tacos. The Korean BBQ was really good - great flavor, very unique. Same with the Southern Comfort (put goat cheese on anything and I'm bound to be a fan). The others were tasty but not mind-blowing.

Overall, it was a great, not over,y expensive Friday night (we got all of that for under $50 for two). We probably wont go back during our stay, but thats mostly because there are so many other places we want to try! It certainly wasn't authentic Mexican, but it was certainly delicious.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE TO DINE IN ATLANTA. They have multiple locations and ALL are horrible in every aspect.

The service is the worst I have ever experienced in ANY dining experience...anywhere. The tacos (a variety)...cheesesteak, fish, gyro or whatever vile combination of flavors they can throw together...are TINY and vomitrocious.

This joint even CHARGES FOR PLAIN TORTILLA CHIPS AND FLAVORLESS SALSA. The drinks are EXORBIDANTLY OVERPRICED. The atmosphere is boisterous and it is impossible to hear your own tables conversation.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. CHAIN DINING AT ITS WORST.

“Fun Place, OK Food”
Reviewed 13 August 2012

If you are looking for a fun, after-work location in Buckhead, with a large patio, Tin Lizzy's is a good choice. This is not a place for fancy food, just taco's, nacho's and skillets, but it is a as good as any fast food mexican location. The drinks here are cheap and the patio has TV's to catch your favorite sportings event.
