“Small but still amazing”
Reviewed 20 May 2014

The exhibit is small, but thorough and intriguing. Well worth the money and the drive from anywhere in Atlanta. Go during the week around 5pm and you won't have much of a crowd, but you may not get the time you want. We literally had to force ourselves to move to the next section. It is not appropriate for kids under 10, but if yours are not scared or creeped out easily then they might do fine. There is a souvenir shop, but it's expensive and not a great selection. There is a second exhibit that rotates. I think it was Titanic at one point, but when we went in May, 2014 it was Extreme Dinosaurs, which even the young kids were bored with.

The location is hard to find. It is the middle of an outdoor mall called Atlantic Station. We drove in circles looking and finally just parked at a meter and walked. It's near the "food court" type area, above Tin Roof Asian. But the location offers great food and shopping.

“It's bizarre looking at a preserved body.”
Reviewed 30 March 2014

This exhibit is not for everyone. However, if you are fascinated with the human anatomy then this exhibit is for you. I was continually amazed by the "bodies." It has it's creepy displays like the skin exhibit. An entire human skin laid out. Weird. Fascinatingly weird. The complexity of the human body can be seen up close. The circulatory system looks like artwork. The detail in the process is amazing. God's handiwork or Intelligent design is evident in this exhibit. We spent about two hours viewing the exhibit. I wish there had been more bodies in poses. There were several complete bodies in different posed, but I was hoping for more. They say the exhibit is for all ages, but I don't think I would bring anyone under fifteen. {Genitalia is shown on both male and female specimens, so be warned if that's an issue.) I wouldn't want to deal with any nightmares. The lungs of quite a few of the bodies showed evidence of them being smokers. Seeing this with your own eyes shows you the destruction of the organ from smoke. I would return to this exhibit if I knew the specimens were rotated out.

“One word...AWESOME”
Reviewed 14 March 2014

I've been waiting to go for a long time and it did not disappoint. The Exhibit itself is really easy to follow. Each system of the body is separated into a different room. It is worth the money to get in, and if you are looking for a truly intimate view of the human body, you really can't get much closer than this!
