“Hilton Honors Check In”

I checked in at the end of the business day and the front desk was busy, however customer service at check in was excellent as well as valet parking service. Robert at the front desk was very professional and made sure I had everything I needed and answered any questions I had. The fitness center, outdoor walking track get high marks. The only negative was the customer service at the executive lounge as no one was manning the bar as I tried on two occasions to get a drink. Overall a good stay and rate was appropriate for ghee hotel, services and location.

When you first enter Hotel staff was there to greet you but be prepared , the temperature dropped to 50 degrees it seemed. Breakfast buffet for was 20.99, a normal person can't eat that much . Valet parking in the hotel garage was 30.00 a day or 12.00 if you park your self . And to buy a small ice cream sandwich is 5.99. Room was clean, maids were very polite as well as hotel staff . If you wanted a reasonable place to eat you had to leave the premises.

Room Tip: don't stay here, carpet stinks throughout the hotel

We stayed two nights on the 28th floor which is one of the concierge levels. We were provided with free breakfast, heavy snacks at lunch and dinner with other snacks out all during the day. Free soft drinks, coffee, bottled water all day as well. There is a computer with a printer available that is free to use. The rooms are very clean and updated, the staff is kind. My family likes the hotel basketball court and pool.

The rooms in this hotel are very nasty mold on the ceiling in the shower, paint chipping on the ceiling in the bathroom. Employees don't speak when u talk to them in the hallway. Housekeeping don't change your sheets on the beds after being asked. Took them 45 minutes to come change bloody sheets from a nose bleed and also took them a hour and half to bring 2 foam pillows. The rooms are out dated need to be updated. It's a shame that you have to pay for parking even if u self park your car. I will never stay here again.

The standard of this hotel is extremely low. Rooms are dirty, basic and long overdue a makeover. The location is OK but there are many better choices in the downtown area. This is the first and last time I would stay here.

I stayed there during a conference in April 2014. Room location was decent, however, due to all the people staying at the Hilton for the conference, there was sometimes a wait of 10 minutes for an elevator during peak times. Being on the 26th floor, it wasn't always an option to walk down 24 flights of stairs for the meetings! On our second to last night in the hotel, our adjoining neighbors were quite loud in the late evening hours. It doesn't make it easy for you to be able to wake up for a 7:00am meeting! After contacting concierge, they graciously moved us to another room on the 28th floor.

Hotel rooms seem quite dated, could stand to use a makeover; however, it is not a deal breaker. At least they provide you with premium toiletries during your stay (Peter Thomas Roth)! We stayed on the concierge level, which I'm certainly glad that we did. The extra $10 a day was well worth it. Free breakfast, soda/coffee/snacks in the afternoon, hors d'oeuvres in the early evening and late night snacks before 11:00 pm.

The staff at this Hilton was either rude or dismissive. Our bathroom smelled of urine upon arrival and the temperature in our room was uncomfortable. The food was of very low quality and served cold and stale.
