I recently stayed at the Inman Park B&B to attend a wedding at the nearby Trolley Barn. The B&B is beautiful, in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk from MARTA. Eleanor and her friend Dot took great care of me. When I told Dot I was thinking of going to the Botanical Gardens, she offered me some of her free guest passes that she received as a member. She even offered to drive me. Eleanor was very accommodating of my early check-in time (arranging for Dot to meet me since she couldn't be there at that time), and of my early check-out time. (She made coffee for me to take to the airport at 7 am.) Eleanor's breakfast is great, and it was a pleasure to sit and talk with her. Bob the duck and the friendly cats also made me feel at home. When I asked Eleanor for help calling a cab to go visit a friend who was not MARTA-accessible, she insisted that she drive me there. If I'm ever within 100 miles of Atlanta again, I will certainly take a detour to spend another night at the Inman Park B&B.
