Biscuits and butter were so good.buttermilk chicken and mashed potatoes, the gravy was really good and I normally don't do white gravy ,daughter had pulled pork and it was good. Did not care for scalloped sweet potatoes, but mac n cheese was the best. No collards but the kale was ok. Will return to sample desserts because they looked very good

We didn't visit the restaurant but the bar needs some new staff. Where is the intense lady with the tattoo in the ads? We had surly waitress who made it a terrible experience - and we're not hard to please.

Hello there,
The "tattoo lady" is no longer with us but our new Mixologist is also extremely talented and has a lot of new cocktails in store for our next summer menu coming up very soon.
I am sorry service wasn't up to expectations but sincerely hope to see you again at Bourbon Bar

My best friend and I ended up here on Mother's Day. It was quite by accident because we weren't celebrating the holiday, but the wait at Cracker Barrel was 2 hours. She had heard Southern Art was good so I suggested she call and see if we could get in by the time we arrived. Fortunately, they had a table for two at 1:00 p.m.

To be concise, everything was good, from the delicate salad ingredients to the finger desserts. My friend is a chicken connoisseur and she loved their recipe. They clearly put a lot of work into the holiday brunches; the presentation and flavor were both very solid. The only small critique is that the grits were a little dry; that is not acceptable in a Southern restaurant. However, one miss out of 15 dishes is still an "A."

As for the service, I saw a lot of negative comments, but we had an excellent experience. Everyone was nice and took time to talk to us. Our server was very European in his approach--nothing was hurried, but if you needed something he was there. Dirty plates disappeared as soon as we stood up to get anther helping.

This may have been the most memorable meal I have had in Atlanta in the 4 years I've been here. It was well worth the price to have a real dining experience. We will be coming back to sample their regular menu soon. Stay tuned for updates!!
