Pretty much stumbled upon this place looking for something new/different in Midtown. It's about a half block off Peachtree and close to the Margaret Mitchell House. The downstairs is kind of small, but there is an upstairs seating area and several outdoor tables. There is a display case full of various salads that all looked really good.
What we had:
Beef Gyro - Really really tasty. The Pita was so soft. At first we though there was too much Tzatziki because most places make it way too strong. However, Cafe Agora makes a light and tasty Tzatziki...turns out we could have used even more. The tomatoes were excellent also.
Greek Salad - Also fresh and tasty. The tomatoes were so fresh and flavorful. We asked the owner(?) where he got them from and he said the Farmer's Market. There was a bean and tomato salad in the display case that I wish we had gotten...it looked so good too.
Grilled Fish Sandwich - served on Pita Bread also. The fish tasted really fresh and was lightly grilled.
Definitely returning here in the future...a new favorite place for us.
