My husband and I were on the road for over 11 hours. Wheelchair accessible room was perfect bed height and very comfortable. The staff was the highlight of our stay. They helped us with room booking issue & made sure we were taken care of, helped with our food options for dinner and All ladies from check in to breakfast attendant made us feel like we were friends. So polite, helpful , friendly and courteous. Can't wait to go back to say hello!!!

A solid choice in the area, near several major businesses. This appears to be a competitive entry to the Aloft-type hotel. Except this one actually works and is worth staying at. Room was compact but everything needed, including a refrigerator. Large, walk-in shower, free internet. How is this so hard for hotels to comprehend? One of the top complaints is paying for internet, particularly at high-end hotels, where it can run up to $15 a night. Here it is free. Free breakfast, though I did not sample. Excellent gym facility for a hotel of this, or any size. At least ten treadmills - exercise bikes and solid dumb-bell and weight machine. Have stayed at luxury hotels with far inferior equipment. Room quiet, bed comfortable. Only complaint - on checking out, I wanted to print my airline boarding pass at their cool lobby business office. Printer did not work. Informed desk of this and personnel there said, yes, it's out of toner. Anyone going to fix it? (Replacing toner about a two minute job.) No. Dumbfounded by this response. Put a damper on the whole experience, but a fine place to stay as long as you don't need to print anything.

Room Tip: On the fifth floor. Very quiet.

Hyatt House was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We chose the 1 bedroom suite. It was nice to have more space than just a standard hotel room. The full kichen was great. Room rates include breakfast. There was something for everyone on the buffet. The web site advertised an omelette station which was not available. The coffee was a very strong dark roast. I happen to like strong coffee, but this was way too strong. I recommend they offer a medium roast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the heated pool and pool table. The lobby has a full bar. I orded a cosmo to take back to my room. It was pricey, but worth it after a 9 hour car ride with 2 kids! I thought the staff handled the 7am fire alarm with grace and professionalism even when many of the guests did not. I will definitely stay here again.

Me and some of our friends went to the Falcons vs Redskins game. It was everything we could even hope for. We had connected doors for our kids to play we had clean bathrooms and clean bedrooms. Those elevators were excellent my kid went up and down on one just for fun and lastly we had a great view and a flat screen TV.

Great rooms for families. Large, clean and comfy. We have a 4,5, and 8 month child and room was so spacious. Lots of families on weekend so breakfast tan por of things and I think we waited 10 min just got spoons. Staff were nice but sometimes hard to find. I would guess they are a little more attentive on week days but still overall nice place. Would be even better if they had an indoor pool!

Stayed here one night for the chick fil a bowl. Room is beautiful. There was a pair of underwear laying in the floor between the chaise and the cocktail table. I thought this could be a fluke. Although if the room had been vacuumed, it should have been seen. That's not the worst part if this review. We get back late after the game. There is no parking. We drive around for 10 minutes, give up and go next door to a seedy looking parking deck that has a visitor's sign on it. We park next to a car full of marijuana smoking thugs. We make the long creepy walk back to the hotel. The guy working the front desk tells us if we are going to park in the deck we have to go to the 8th floor. So, we have to go all the way back to the seedy parking deck. We go to the 8th floor and enter the code he gives us for the gate. It doesn't work. We hit all the buttons and beat on the keypad until it finally opens. We take the paper back to the front desk guy to show him the code is wrong and he says oh, you HAVE to leave that in the window or you will get towed. Sooo back to the seedy parking deck. Anyway, a little over an hour later, we get parked. This was an unreal experience with absolutely no help or sympathy from the front desk. If it weren't nearly 2am now, I would go somewhere else for the night. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. It is a gorgeous hotel, but so not worth it!

We stayed in this hotel when my husband was in the area for a conference. The bed was very comfortable, and the free parking and WiFi were much appreciated. The breakfast was good, but it could've been refreshed more regularly to ensure each guest had a range of options from which to choose. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and would stay again.
