I don't know where the previous lady stayed but it could not have been here. The apartment is lovely and so comfortable. We were here for 2 weeks on holiday and found it a perfect home from home. Everything was provided that you could possibly want plus a lot more besides. The spa wing is heaven to chill out in. Our hosts Sylvia and Wendell were so kind and helpful we could not have asked for a nicer couple. The area surrounding the apartment is lovely and full of wildlife and everyone is so friendly. We went out walking most evenings and always found someone in their garden or out walking to chat to. Atlanta itself is very busy traffic wise and that did put us off going to the attractions there. However we primarily went to play golf which we did and recommend Heritage particularly the Traditions course which is wonderful and so natural. Thanks again Sylvia and Wendell!

The whole apartment smelled of damp and mildew. Bedroom furniture was mismatched and outdated. Whole apartment needed a thorough cleaning. When it rained the sky light over the Jacuzzi leaked. On the positive side it is very spacious and when I notified the owner that the Jacuzzi wasn't heating she did come right down to try to get it going. At this point, I couldn't recommend it.
"Simply. WOW! Sylvia was the most gracious host. Sylvia has created a space that is welcoming, warm, and comfortable. From the VERY clean rooms to the hot tub, we felt like we were wanted there and she was going to make sure we had a great visit to Atlanta. Communication was exceptional. The location is perfect. If you've ever been to Atlanta, you know traffic can be very congested, but because this home is located inside the "perimeter" we NEVER had to sit in traffic. Downtown, Buckhead, and all the sights were 15 minutes away. We did not waste our family vacation sitting in traffic. As a family with two little kids we felt extremely safe. The neighborhood is in what we call here in Missouri.."fancy". The home is beautiful with a neighborhood to match. From the tree lined streets to the gated area where guests park, we felt very much at ease. We were staying in a safe neighborhood and not worrying about our safety and personal property as can happen at large hotels in an urban areas. Again, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sylvia and her space. As someone who travels a lot for business, one is hard-pressed to find any flaws with what she has created. My only worry is that next time we are in Atlanta her space will be booked."

This was truly a great experience. We were in Atlanta for several days for a quick getaway, to visit the Aquarium and a few other downtown attractions, see a Braves game, and spend some time at Stone Mountain Park. This property is no more than an easy 15-20 minute drive to everything! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood,a few miles off of I-85. You'll arrive to your own separate driveway with a gate. You'll be given a remote to operate the gate as you come and go. As far as the accommodations, exceptionally clean, very spacious (estimating 1800-2000 square feet), with a gorgeous jacuzzi/spa wing connected right to it. Around back is a clean in-ground pool with a spacious pool deck and comfy lounge chairs. Privacy and Quietness is top notch. Your hosts are friendly and want you to enjoy your stay! My wife and I would definitely stay here again when we visit Atlanta!

We had an amazing time staying here. Private parking, lots of great features in the apartment, clean as a whistle, everything ready to just move in and start to get things done in town and come home to relax. The hosts are there to help but live upstairs and there is total privacy. Very strongly recommend.

We were in the Atlanta area for an extended 5 day visit and graduation. This property was a refreshing hideaway after long days in the hot sun exploring. We took advantage of all the amenities; relaxing by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or steam room and friendly games of pool. It was a great place to hang out with family and friends, during our visit. We loved having access to the grill and kitchen for times when we just wanted to stay in and chill out or a quick bite before we left for the day's adventures.
We highly recommend this rental and have recommended to others. We would definitely come back, hopefully soon.

After rushing here and there in Atlanta and areas, it was great to come back to this property and chill out by relaxing in the hot tub. The host were awesome and left a great folder for things to do and where to eat locally. The Italian restaurant they recommended was awesome. There are local shops about a 5 min drive ( publics). Its position is 5mins away from the I85 which gets you everywhere.
We highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back at some point, hopefully soon

The owners were very gracious and quick to address any needs that we had. It was located right by a major highway so it was easy to visit friends, and minor site seeing. The greatest feature was the Spa room. This deluxe room had a jacuzzi, sauna, and a steam room. It definitely created an environment of rest and peace.
