My husband and I stayed here, due to a layover. The hotel is beautiful and close to the airport. We went to dinner shortly after checking in, around 8pm. The restaurant was empty, we were seated and ordered drinks...45 minutes later we got our drinks, 1.5 later we got our caesar salads, which were hot and after our 1st bit of salad the disappearing waitress brings out our steaks. We then waited for our bill and had to go find someone to get our bill. If we need to stay here again we would...and just eat somewhere else!

Thank you for all the positive feedback and that we have gained you as a repeat guest to our wonderful hotel. We greatly appreciate it! After reading your review, you might imagine I was very disappointed to learn about all these issues that you have experienced on your recent visit with us in our restaurant, I assure you the service and the food quality outstanding in our food and beverage areas, unfortunately we have not demonstrate these wonderful abilities during your visit, for that I am so sorry. This certainly is not reflective of the Holiday Inn Hotels Brand level of service for which we are known and I assure you that this was exceptional situation. We are addressing this lake of attention and speed of delivery as training to our team; this is not the norm. We strive to deliver the holiday inn promise and create a hotel that guests love, I am so sorry we have missed the mark with you. Unfortunately we have an opportunity with our food and beverage team. Our team always delivers the best serves to all of our guests; we missed the opportunity with you. I’m so sorry, but that is no excuse and we are addressing the issues as a valuable learning process with our wonderful tem. Don’t give up on this team. I hope you will allow us another opportunity to show you the true Holiday Inn experience as we want to make up for your previous experiences. Please accept my earnest apologies for your experience. Very Cold in Atlanta, but warm and very nice people inside. Latifa Greeted me with a smile and her personality that early in the morning made the whole experience a positive experience. I ordered a Omelete, and Chris did a great job. It was Great. I will definitely be back and I plan on staying here. Thanks for a Great job!!

Rooms were clean, computers in lobby, good restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I'd recommend the BBQ place across the street. Shuttle service very good - drivers very friendly. Rooms clean.

Room Tip: On Wednesday evenings, there is a complimentary hors d'oeuvres and cocktails in the restaurant/bar.

We had a warm welcome and surprise of how beautiful and clean everything was when we stayed at this Inn. The staff were friendly with us ( and with each other). The food was delicious and they were fun and kind to my little Grandson
All in all, I would definitely visit again.

Trip to hotel is by shuttle. Late night and cold waiting outside, was there over 20 minutes with no sign of shuttle (other hotels' shuttles had all cycled through the area). When shuttle arrives, large group waiting, so check-in at hotel is a long process. Had a late meal of at best average quality and went to bed at 12:30 for a 6:15 wake-up. At 3:30 am, a clock alarm goes off in the adjoining room and is not shut off. Hotel staff doesn't know which room the alarm is in, so had to switch rooms. Obviously a quiet room would be best, but was placed in a room facing a runway, and surprisingly there were several planes that landed between 4:30 and 6 am. Staff was friendly, room was clean, but this was a terrible stay.
