After two previous stays, I was quite disappointed. I asked for a quiet room, and was placed on the second floor just above the entry, and directly above the noisy bar. The staff was unhelpful when asked to relocate. The next morning housekeeper was frustrated and flustered. Management had assigned 46 rooms to her. How is that even possible in an 8 hour shift. Why does management continue to cut corners? It makes for a less than pleasant visit. Most of us would be willing to pay a couple more dollars a night. Hyatt management- pay attention. This is how you lose repeat business.

Dear CoopSoccer,
Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We do apologize for the noise level that you experienced and would like to make a note of that so that, should you give us another try, we can make every effort to select a quiet room for you. We are also going to be providing our guests with earplugs since we are in a very trendy, busy neighborhood with many activities. We're excited to roll these out soon! Your feedback has also been shared with our Housekeeping staff so that we can raise the bar on our service. We do hope you'll give us one more try!!
Sincerely,
Cathy Mihalko
Director of Sales

The facility itself is very nice, "typical" high end hotel. The service on every front, however, was not good. We had to wait for our car, though we had called down in advance, from the valet every time for quite a while. Housekeeping left dirty dishes, napkins and debris in the room, as well as not wiping down the nightstands. We were going to a wedding and had made arrangements for a van to take us to the wedding. We all stood around the lobby while they finally figured out that no one had called the vehicle to pick us up. We tried to order a movie, the system was "locked". When we called down to the front desk, we were put on hold for so long, we called back. We had to explain 3 times the issue, and they sent a "technician" up who unplugged the TV & plugged it back in, then called the desk and they didn't know how to fix it, so he went down, then called us back. Just seems like they weren't trained, had poor protocol and procedures as well as a low sense of urgency. You can have the nicest hotel in the world, if the service isn't there, find somewhere else to stay. This continued until we checked out (though we'd validated our reservations at check in, the housekeeper said we needed to go back to the front desk because they had us checking out a day early), waited there, when we were supposed to be leaving for a bbq, and they had indeed changed our reservations stating we were checking out that day. Annoying to the very end.

This Hyatt is new with a feeling of a contemporary flair. I found the room and the bathroom very clean unlike the other review. I would agree that the housekeeping doesn't replenish the supplies but they did clean the room. I like the area and the hotel. We had a junior suite which for the price was a excellent choice. There are many restaurants in the area. We were visiting because of a wedding which was at The Peachtree Center right next door.
If we are in the area we will stay here again.

We had a conference for 70+ last week. the staff was very courteous and attentive. the food was great (not your typical hotel chain food), the sleeping rooms and meeting rooms were very comfortable, modern and new. the location can't be beat. would highly recommend to a group of 50 - 80 people for a conference. great access to the peachtree club next door, as well as, all that mid-town has to offer.

We've been at this hotel for four nights and it's really a third rate hotel, at it's best. Housekeeping has been horrible: the room and especially the bathroom is filthy, the staff never replaces missing supplies (soap, toilet paper, water) unless you specifically ask. I finally just called to complain about the fact that they took our bathroom rugs and never replaced them, and what did they do? They sent up someone with more towels! The street noise from Peachtree is also easy to hear at night, although we hardly blame the staff for that. Bottom line: stay somewhere else in mid-town.

Dear Coolcoops, Thank you for your honest feedback about your experience at our hotel. My apologies for the cleanliness issues...no excuses! We have set high standards and should always be providing a clean, cared for guestroom and hotel experience. I appreciate the candor and will pass on to our Housekeeping department. Thank you for being a customer of Hyatt and hope you will give us another try in future.
