Ephraim Wales Bull is buried here, he was the botanist who cultivated the famous Concord Grape from various Lambrusco grapes. 80% of the commercially grown grapes in the USA have their origins in Concord,Mass.
Mr. Bull never profited from all his work,because people sneaked into his vineyards and stole cuttings from his vines, so the epitaph on his tombstone here,reads "He sowed,...others reaped"
