What an awesome place! Once discovered, never forgotten! The former luxury hotel at Cap Sa Sal (now converted into apartments) feels like you've taken a step back into the 1970s (in a good way!). Pedro's apartment has absolutely everything you'll need for your stay - it is so fully equipped that it even has things you don't know you'll need, until you need them - and then voila, they're there! Pedro is on hand to give a most comprehensive tour of the complex which he obviously loves! He's keen to share nuggets of information about Cap Sa Sal and its history and his enthusiasm for the place is infectious. We stayed right in the middle of peak season but within the resort it never felt busy or crowded - visits outside, to the surrounding coves and beaches served to confirm how fortunate guests at Cap Sa Sal are (by 10:30am not a spare patch of sand to be found at Aiguablava!). One last thing... the local bakery delivers breakfast to Reception each morning - ensaimadas & chocolate croissants to die for, very good value for money and well worth ordering the day before. All 4 of us were truly gutted to leave such an amazing place and fully intend to return before not too long!!
