“very good tapas, very good service”
Reviewed 6 November 2013

We were on holiday from Ireland recently and just decided this restaurant looked nice, we had lunch and the tapas were very good, we also had chocolate cake for desert, and to be honest I think I would walk all the way there just for the cake, it was fantastic. The service was very good, all in all very happy, Thank you

“So so”
Reviewed 31 October 2013

Unfortunately we had not booked anywhere else and this seemed to be the only option left to us on a Tuesday evening late October time! The squid was good, but paella was decidedly average. Over cooked and stodgy! It seemed to be just rice with a bit of sausage thrown in and some other fish product with some prawns and mussels on top (all over cooked!). Nothing else! Waitress was friendly. I'm sure there are nicer, cheaper places to eat. Disappointed.

“Best meal of my life!”
Reviewed 19 October 2013

I had to review this place. We ate here last October and we were the only customers. It was almost siesta time and the end of the season. The lady that served us was kind and attentive. I had the paella and literally the best meal I have ever had, EVER. Spain has the best food in general but this was exceptional. Highly recommend!

“Great value tapas”
Reviewed 16 October 2013

The main reason for going to this restaurant is the great value tapas dish for two. A selection of seven different tapas (the squid was outstanding) for 32 Euros. A pleasant restaurant with friendly, if somewhat scatty, waitresses.

“Dinner not great”
Reviewed 12 October 2013

Our dinner here was at best average. The hake my wife and father-in-law had was terrible but my steak turned out ok. I really would not go back again as there are much nicer places on this street. This was not anything like the better resturants in Begur.
