We stayed for 1 night on a business trip and were in for a good restaurant after a days travel.
Service is good, friendly personnel.
First a drink; to get a "normal beer" is not an option, the chef seems to have decided that you have to have exotic, strange tasting beers that "match better with the food".
Menu looked a bit odd (50% fruits and vegetables), especially the explanation: "you better take the full six course because per course we do not serve a lot of food"...ok?! We decided to leave the menu for what is was and picked 2-3 courses each.
The wine menu was a bit of a struggle as well, probably this must be a money maker, no normal wines under USD 70,00 (at purchase level max USD 10,00, a 7x multiplier is not really customer friendly).
The food was a deception; first course was ok, although to many dominant flavours mixed and unbalanced for those prices.
Beef was a disaster; appr. 40% fat and too salty, accompanying other ingredients were again unbalanced.
Interesting was also the reaction of the restaurant after expressing our dissatisfacton; free wine and another free course (too dry lamb....)
Good thing is that they did not bill everything.
Overall; think twice if you want this for USD 100 per person.
