We stumbled across this little place whilst visiting a restaurant across the road one night, and decided to come back another daytime since there was a Park next door and we had kids on our family holiday, giving them somewhere to play.
We originally thought it was just a bad/snack place, but it was one of the best places we eat on our 2nd holiday in denia. They have a very wide menu with plenty of choice. The tapas dishes are all excellent (we visited 3 times, tried most!) as are the sandwiches and the paella is very tasty. They also have a wide range of drinks and do excellent cocktails.
One of the best things about sea bassetes is the service, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Most do not speak great English, but they try there hardest to be polite and respectful of you, something that is missing in some parts of denia.
Highly recommended, especially for families. But if you don’t have children with you, it still isn’t too be missed.
